The plaintiff appeals in an action to foreclose a mechanic's lien. We affirm.

This case commenced when Associated Distributors (Associated) sued Mary Mix (Mix), Kahle-McCleese, Inc., Lance Kahle, and Lloyd McCleese to foreclose a mechanic's lien on the Mix property.
