Plaintiff New Orleans Steamboat Company, owner of the riverboat PRESIDENT, brings this action against M/T HELLESPONT GLORY and its owner Satyr Overseas Navigation, Inc., for damages sustained by PRESIDENT's gangway caused by the surging of PRESIDENT at her berth due to wave wash created by the defendant vessel.
