The City of Dallas appeals Shirley S. Bradford's recovery of worker's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability resulting from the injuries she sustained in an automobile accident. The parties agreed at trial that the dispositive issue was whether Bradford was in the course of her employment for the City at the time of her accident.
