This suit arises out of an accident which occurred on September 2, 1978 involving a motorcycle being operated by the plaintiff, Kenneth Dartez and owned by the plaintiff, Geneva Dartez. The plaintiffs, Kenneth and Geneva Dartez, brought suit against the owner and the operator of the other vehicle involved as well as their own insurer, Northland Insurance Company.
