In October 1977, James Chester died of injuries he suffered in an automobile collision. Appellee made a timely payment of the benefits due under the no-fault provisions of an insurance policy issued to Chester. In September 1981, appellants, Chester's surviving minor children and the administratrix of Chester's estate, made a demand for maximum no-fault benefits and offered to pay the premiums which would have been due had the policy included...
