Appellant was indicted in Bexar County for the offense of capital murder. He was charged with the murder of Carrie Scott while in the course of committing robbery. After appellant's request for a change of venue was granted, the cause was transferred to Jefferson County. Appellant pled guilty. The trial judge instructed the jury to return a verdict of guilty.
