Relator, Frazier Whatley, requests this Court to direct the Honorable O'Neal Bacon, Judge of the 1st Judicial District Court of Newton County, to vacate his order appointing Louis and Betty-Knighton, maternal grandparents, as temporary managing conservators of Whatley's children, Loyd Lee Whatley, Ray Ferguson Whatley, and Charles Brian Whatley.
