Defendant William Kuberka appeals convictions of second degree theft and attempted second degree theft, contending there was no probable cause to issue a search warrant for his car. He also claims the suppression hearing court erred in considering information relied on by the issuing magistrate that was not recorded at the time the warrant was issued. We affirm.
