This appeal comes from a final judgment of the Circuit Court of Marion County in favor of the plaintiff, Carl H. Decker. Decker sued W.S. Satterfield on a promissory note for $60,000.00. Satterfield answered, stating that he never received any money from Decker in consideration for the execution of the note, and did not owe Decker anything.
