In this mineral lease dispute the trial court sustained the plaintiff-lessees' exception of prescription and dismissed the defendants' reconventional demand insofar as it pertained to an alleged tort that occurred more than one year prior to said demand. The reconventional demand was filed in response to a petition for a declaratory judgment seeking enforcement of the oil, gas and mineral lease which is the object of litigation.
