This appeal presents once again questions of construction arising under the Truth in Lending Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder. The ultimate question is whether the district court erred in dismissing appellants' complaint which sought damages arising from an erroneous disclosure statement in connection with appellee's June 1, 1980 interest rate increase on a home mortgage.
