This is an appeal from a default judgment reversing and setting aside those actions of the Texas State Board of Pharmacy which revoked Roel Martinez' pharmacists' license and fined Roy's Pharmacy the sum of $2,500.00. Roel Martinez and Roy's Pharmacy (appellees in this action) filed suit against the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (appellant in this action) on January 28, 1982, for review...
