This case reaches the Court on the complaint of Public Consumer Discount Company seeking relief from the automatic stay imposed by § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor filed a motion to dismiss the complaint. After consideration of the memoranda of law filed by the parties, the Court concludes that it must deny the motion to dismiss.
