OPINION
WILLIAM A. KING, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This case reaches the Court on the complaint of Public Consumer Discount Company seeking relief from the automatic stay imposed by § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code. The Debtor filed a motion to dismiss the complaint. After consideration of the memoranda of law filed by the parties, the Court concludes that it must deny the motion to dismiss. An Order will be entered setting a trial date.
