HALL, Judge.

In the early morning hours of October 12, 1979, Mrs. Hilma E. Bossier, a patient at The DeSoto General Hospital, fell in her hospital room and fractured her hip and knee. Mrs. Bossier, joined by her husband, filed suit for damages against the hospital, alleging the hospital's negligence in failing to provide adequate care. After a jury trial a verdict in the form of answers to special interrogatories was returned finding the hospital guilty of negligence...
