Plaintiff's attorneys appeal an order of the District Court for the Western District of Tennessee granting limited attorneys' fees to them. Plaintiff, Michael Greer, filed the underlying suit seeking damages from various defendants who were members of the Shelby County, Tennessee, Sheriff's Department.
