Petitioner, Teresa Downey, seeks review of a final order of the District of Columbia, Department of Employment Services. The Department, after a hearing, disqualified petitioner from receiving unemployment benefits for seven weeks finding that after she quit her job as a financial analyst with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, she was unable to demonstrate that she was available for work as required by D.C.Code § 46-110(4) (1981).
