Court of Appeals of Georgia.

Decided May 26, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

S. David Smith, Jr., for appellant.

DEEN, Presiding Judge.

Appellant, Timber Equipment, Inc., commenced this action against appellee, Charlene McKinney, to recover possession of a 1981 Chevrolet Corvette to which it held title.
