HOLMES, Judge.

The plaintiffs sued the defendants for breach of contract. After a trial by jury, a verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiffs. The plaintiffs' damages were assessed at $1,000. The plaintiffs appeal, contending the trial court erred in refusing to charge the jury concerning certain elements of damages.

In view of rule 51, Ala.R.Civ.P., this court has no alternative but to affirm.
