This is an action instituted by appellees alleging violations by appellants of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Tex.Bus. & Comm.Code Ann., § 17.41 et seq. (the "D.T. P.A."), and Chapter 6 of the Consumer Credit Code, Tex.Rev.Civ.State.Ann. Art. 5069 (the "Credit Code"). The D.T.P.A. claim was settled.
