This is an action instituted by appellees alleging violations by appellants of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Tex.Bus. & Comm.Code Ann., § 17.41 et seq. (the "D.T. P.A."), and Chapter 6 of the Consumer Credit Code, Tex.Rev.Civ.State.Ann. Art. 5069 (the "Credit Code"). The D.T.P.A. claim was settled. The trial court granted appellees' motion for partial summary judgment on the Credit Code claim, and awarded them attorney...
