This appeal requires an examination of the "insider" status contemplated by Section 101(25) of the Bankruptcy Code of 1978, 11 U.S.C. § 101(25) (1978), and the subordination of an insider's claim pursuant to Section 510(c)(1) of the Code, 11 U.S.C. § 510(c)(1). We affirm the resolution of the insider status issue and remand for further consideration and entry of findings on the subordination...
