This is a suit by Car Kits, Inc. against Bolt-On Parts, Inc., Dann Deaver, Ventre Corporation, and Tecnik International Corporation. Car Kits, Inc. contends that Bolt-On's delay in delivering merchandise caused the failure of plaintiff's business and resulting damages.
