This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment to all defendants in a medical malpractice case. In December, 1977, George C. Nelson, M.D., Roy J. Hotz, M.D., L. Norris, L.V.N., and N. Stillwell, R.N., appellees, allegedly left a surgical sponge in the appellant's abdomen after an appendectomy. The date of last examination or treatment by any defendant was January, 1978.
