PER CURIAM:

The instant appeal arises out of a one-car traffic accident which occurred on Zolezzi Lane in Reno, Nevada. Appellant Virginia Van Cleave was a passenger in an automobile operated by Mark Alimisis. Alimisis lost control of the vehicle; the car left the roadway and overturned. Appellant was rendered a paraplegic as a result of injuries sustained in the accident.
