This case primarily involves the question of the liability of a savings and loan association when it applies guardianship funds to pay off the individual indebtedness of the guardian. After the minor learned that the assets of the guardianship had been dissipated by the guardian, he sued the savings and loan association to recover the funds that had been on deposit there.
