Ilosky, $500,000 in compensatory damages for injuries she suffered in an automobile accident. The appellant is Michelin Tire Corp. (Michelin), a tire distributor. Ferguson Tire Service Co. (Ferguson), a defendant below with Michelin, has not appealed the judgment, but has filed a brief as an appellee asking the Court to affirm...
