WOLLMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order committing defendant to the State Penitentiary pursuant to an earlier judgment of conviction. We affirm.

On February 8, 1982, defendant pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual contact with a child under the age of fifteen years. SDCL 22-22-7.
