SOGNIER, Judge.

Appellant was convicted in a bench trial of robbery. His sole enumeration of error is that the trial court erred by admitting his oral confession into evidence, because it was obtained as a result of an illegal arrest and was inadmissible under the "fruit of the poisonous tree" doctrine. (See Wong Sun v. United States, 371 U.S. 471 (83 S.C. 407, 9 LE2d 441) (1963)).
