This appeal is from the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, Division "L", wherein trial was conducted on six consolidated cases all arising out of the same vehicular collision which occurred at the intersection of U.S. Highway 90-B (Westbank Expressway) and Terry Parkway. Made defendants herein were the drivers of the involved vehicles, Elijah Carr and Anthony Buckley, Westchester Fire Insurance Company and Dairyland Insurance Company of Illinois...
