Plaintiffs Genevieve A. Smith, Jesse E. Smith, Beth M. Smith and Salli Smith Girard brought this action to declare forfeiture of a lease on the ground that defendant lessees had failed to furnish liability insurance coverage as required by the terms of the lease.
