Baranello & Sons, a New York partnership, instituted this diversity action against Hausmann Industries, Inc., a New York corporation, for damages resulting from an alleged breach of contract. The action was tried without a jury over a three-day period. At the close of trial, and upon cross-motions for judgment on liability, this Court ruled that defendant had indeed breached the contract in question...
