Paul and Virginia Thomas purchased a lot in 1973 from Robert W. and Lois L. Sherlock (not parties to this suit), receiving a fulfillment deed with the following description:

Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 5 of Hollywood Addition to Tokes Point, according to the plat
