CLONINGER, Judge.

In this action for divorce and property division, the trial court granted appellee, Royce Perrin, a divorce from appellant, Marlene Perrin, on the grounds of personal indignities. The court also set aside conveyances of four acres of land and a stock certificate to appellant from appellee on the basis that the conveyances were made only because of the design, fraud and over-reaching of appellant.
