This is an appeal from an order revoking a suspended imposition of sentence and the subsequent imposition of sentence. We affirm.

On May 5, 1980, Richard Tracy Anderson (appellant) was arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicating beverage in violation of SDCL 32-23-1(2).
