On July 27, 1981, defendant pled guilty to assault with intent to commit second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520g(2); MSA 28.788(7)(2), and was subsequently sentenced to a term of five years probation with the first year to be spent in the county jail. He appeals as of right.
