On February 7, 1980, a Wayne County citizens grand jury returned an indictment against 183 defendants, charging unlawful combination and conspiracy in unreasonable restraint of trade and commerce. MCL 750.558; MSA 28.826. The specific charge was combination and conspiracy to fix prices for services in the automobile collision repair business.
