Appellant challenges the trial court's ruling in a consolidated, non-jury action involving the conveyance of certain real property, namely the Columbia Plaza Apartments. Two parties, the Columbia Plaza Tenants Association (hereinafter "CPTA") and the "Daon-Cadillac" Joint Venture (hereinafter "Daon") each sought the property. The trial court ruled that Daon was entitled to the apartments under a written contract negotiated with the owners...
