OPINION

WARD, Justice.

In this workers' compensation case, the jury determined that Kenneth Lee Terry had sustained total and permanent incapacity. Judgment was entered accordingly, and the carrier appeals on the principal complaint that the evidence was factually insufficient to sustain the findings. We reverse and remand.
