CAPORALE, Justice.
Defendant-appellant, First State Bank, appeals from the order of the District Court which confirms in plaintiff-appellee, Leo Masid, a prescriptive easement of access over certain of defendant's land, prevents defendant from interfering with the use thereof, and enjoins defendant from maintaining certain structures within the easement.
