The State has filed a motion under Rule 7, T.R.A.P. seeking review of an order by the trial court refusing to require "The Lucky Lady" to make bonds securing the payment of fines, totaling $100,000, to stay executions. "The Lucky Lady," a business entity, was convicted under two indictments of violating the obscenity statute, T.C.A. § 39-3004, and a fine in the sum of $50,000 was imposed in each case.
