Plaintiff, Lewis E. Foster, brought this action against the defendant, MCI Telecommunications Corporation ("MCI"), to redress alleged racial discrimination. Plaintiff, a black male, claims that he was fired and not subsequently rehired by the defendant in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq....
