PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff is an inmate at the Huron Valley Men's Facility in Ypsilanti. On April 27, 1982, he filed a complaint for divorce in the Ingham County Circuit Court. On May 6, 1982, plaintiff served defendant by certified mail inasmuch as she was a resident of Virginia.
