This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs' Third Motion for Attorneys' Fees, Motion for Attorneys' Fees on Appeal and Supplemental Motion for Attorneys' Fees. Defendants filed an "initial" opposition to plaintiffs' first two motions and an opposition to the Supplemental Motion.
