This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a decree of dissolution entered by the Daviess Circuit Court. The court ordered appellant, Randy Thomas McGowan, to pay $10,000 lump-sum maintenance, $1,500 in attorney's fees, and 20.5% of his income for child support.
