HOFFMAN, Judge:

Appellant alleges numerous trial errors in this appeal from an adverse award in a personal injury action. Finding his contentions without merit, we affirm the lower court's order.

At about 11:00 p.m. on the snowy night of February 13, 1978, appellant's automobile struck appellee's garden tractor head-on as appellee was plowing snow from his driveway near the berm of the highway. The exact locations and speeds of the vehicles were disputed....
