GONZALEZ, Justice.

This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment rendered against appellant in a suit for breach of an option contract after a jury trial and from a money judgment rendered against appellant for slander. Appellant alleges error in rendering the take nothing judgment, in the admission of a deposition, in the selection of the jury and in granting appellee the judgment for slander.
