This is a petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("the Board") denying petitioners' application for suspension of deportation under section 244(a)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. § 1254(a)(1). The primary questions are whether the Board failed to consider the noneconomic hardship that petitioners' deportation might have on their family, especially on their two United States citizen children...
