THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to a Complaint to Recover Preferential Transfer filed by the Trustee. On February 17, 1982, the debtor made a transfer to the creditor, Pan American Marketing, Inc. of a check numbered 2962 in the amount of $12,575.50 dated February 17, 1982.
