ORFINGER, Chief Judge.
The issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized during a warrantless search. Defendant pleaded nolo contendere to armed burglary of a dwelling, reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion. We affirm.
