SCHULTE, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The judge assessed punishment at life imprisonment. We affirm.

Grounds of Error Nos. One and Two contend that the jury's verdict was contrary to the great weight and preponderance of the evidence that Appellant was legally insane at the time of the alleged offense.
