Defendants Pro Arts, Inc. and Stop and Shop Companies, Inc. move this Court to vacate the stay of this action imposed on May 11, 1982, 541 F.Supp. 231, to enter summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs' complaint, and to award damages for wrongful injunction.
